Our Mission
Our mission is to empower residents and represent our collective interests through formal, open lines of communication. Our key priorities include addressing neighborhood safety and quality of life concerns, identifying physical improvements and enhancements needed within our neighborhoods, and supporting opportunities for beautification. We also help with volunteer efforts and community events that support RVC and its residents.

Our Board of Directors

President
Meghan Kearns
Meghan works as an insurance defense attorney and serves as staff counsel for Greater New York Insurance. She is born and raised in RVC and has been involved in Village politics since working on Mary Bossart's mayoral campaign as a senior in high school. Meghan graduated with honors from The George Washington University with a BA in history and a minor in political science and received her JD from Hofstra University Law School. She is a former D1 collegiate athlete and a Phi Beta Kappa. She is honored to serve as the first President of the Association. Her vision includes bringing residents together to identify issues and collaborate to form solutions to improve the wonderful Village she calls home.

Vice President
Catie Carter
Catie Carter works as a talent acquisition specialist for Northwell Health. She has been a recruiter for almost 7 years and worked retail management for 8 years after graduating from Molloy College. Catie is a life-time RVC resident and second-time homeowner. She is married with two boys and is excited to raise them in the same town she grew up in. She has always been an active member of the community, working on several campaigns and organizations. Catie is honored to be the first vice president of the Association and eager to make change and be a voice for the residents of this amazing Village.

Treasurer
Emily Kearns
Emily Kearns is an accountant working in New York City. She has been an accountant for more than 10 years, working for various CPA firms, finance consulting firms, and private companies specializing in real estate and manufacturing. She is born and raised in RVC and has worked on several mayoral and trustee campaigns in the Village. Emily graduated from Manhattan University with a BS in accounting and MBA in accounting, graduating with honors. She is also a former D1 varsity swimmer. She is excited for her new role as Treasurer and hopes to help create a long-lasting civic association for her Village.

Recording Secretary
Caitlin McEntee
Before Caitlin became a stay at home mother she worked in product development for Ralph Lauren Home. When not focusing on raising her two daughters, she is an interior designer. She was born and raised in Garden City and has been a resident of the Village for 6 years. Caitlin is a graduate of Georgetown University and a former D1 collegiate athlete. With deep roots in Rockville Center that go back generations, she feels incredibly privileged to own a home in the Village and be an active member in the community. She is thrilled to be Recording Secretary and hopes to bring a unique perspective to improving our already wonderful Village.

Corresponding Secretary
Kelly Wexlar
Kelly Wexlar serves as the Corresponding Secretary, managing outward communications and press inquiries and liaising with local government agencies, organizations and businesses. A born and raised Long Islander, she has two young sons and is deeply passionate about creating effective communications and relationships that serve the Association's mission. Professionally, Kelly is the Director of Marketing and Communications for Columbia University's Department of Neurological Surgery. She has also held leadership roles at Northwell Health and The Boston Consulting Group. Kelly received an MBA from Fordham University and a BA/BS from Binghamton University and is an alumna of Sacred Heart Academy High School.

Rich Collett
Rich is a second generation resident of. Rockville Centre. His family has been here since 1951. He has hopes of going the Association into one of the best on Long Island.
